Colour coating

• At JIBBIJUG, we always strive to provide the highest quality products and services to our customers. However, we regret to inform you that we do not offer a colour coat warranty for our jugs. It is important to note that any coating, over time, will inevitably peel and flake while keeping its non-stick properties. Furthermore, it can be challenging to determine if any issues with the jug were caused by misuse or improper care.  

• Please know that we take great pride in our manufacturing processes and use only high-quality Stainless Steel 304 materials to ensure top-notch quality.

• We can replace the colour coating of your jug before use if it arrived with major dents or deep scratches. Please notify us within 3 days of receiving the product, However, replacing any minor scratches is not included in the policy. Please don't hesitate to contact us with any concerns or questions regarding our policy.

Handle Warranty

To ensure the best quality for our customers, JIBBIJUG now uses Laser Welder technology to join the handle and body of our jugs. If you have an older model with a handle welded using an outdated method, please be aware that handle faults may occur. For this reason, we are replacing all JIBBIJUGs with the new technology in our latest products.

 

• The handle of the jug is the only component covered under our two-year warranty. If your jug proves to be defective in material or workmanship under normal use, we will repair or replace the handle free of charge. Goods returned for repair will be assessed and repaired in a reasonable time with our spot welder machine. However, customers must cover the cost of return postage to us. Once we have repaired or replaced your handle, we will send it back to you free of charge apply to Australia address only. 

• We reserve the right to repair or replace any faulty handles within 2 years from the date of purchase. The purchaser must provide proof of purchase, and we may refuse repairs for damages caused by misuse or neglect. We reserve the right not to offer repair services when misuse or neglect is the cause of handling fault. If you experience any issues with the handle or its components, please return it to us for timely repair or replacement. Reach out to us at jibbijug@gmail.com, and we will assist you in finding the best solution to your problem.

•  Please note that a refund is only valid if the item is defective from the moment it is unboxed. Any issues arising from regular use will not be covered under warranty, unless the handle falls off within two year.

• If it has been 2 years since purchasing your jug or if the warranty no longer covers it, you will be responsible for paying for repairs to your unit. Our repair fee is $30 (plus shipping costs). Even if you don't have the original receipt, you're welcome to send in the unit for a repair at the same $30 fee."

  

This warranty does not cover any damage resulting from:

• Misuse, neglect, or improper use

• Damage caused by accidents or abuse

• Distortion or dents caused by normal use

The Dent on the Stainless Steel Jug

• Since we offer a 0.7 mm thickness in certain series for enhanced drawing ability, the material is relatively thin and can dent or become blended if dropped or hit with a heavy object or through everyday use. However, there is no need to get frustrated, as dents in stainless steel can be removed using compressed air, dry ice, or suction tools. If these DIY methods do not work for you, it may be necessary to opt for a professional repair job. Nevertheless, it is important to note that leaving the dent in place will not affect the pour.

HOW TO RETURN A PRODUCT FOR REPAIR.

What to do:

1. Send a request for a return address and include your full name, order number, and the product you wish to return.

2. Use an insured and tracked postage service to send the item back to us, packaged securely.
